The second Kent Coach and Athlete Development Day attracted nearly 60 endurance athletes and coaches. Following its success, further Kent Coach and Athlete Development Days are planned for February and March 2010.

This year, Sainsbury’s Active Kids is giving Clubmark accredited clubs the opportunity to take part in, and benefit from the Active Kids scheme. Active Kids helps teachers, leaders and coaches inspire and motivate young people to get active and be healthier by providing equipment and unique experiences for them to enjoy.

Sprint hurdles coaches and athletes came together from London Boroughs, Essex, Norfolk and even Dorset to attend the first of four development days at Lee Valley.

06.Dec.09 South West Cross-Country Championships
The South West Cross-Country Championships will take place at Bicton College, Exmouth, Devon on Sunday 10th January 2010. This event draws runners from across the South West, and incorporates an inter-county event as well as club team championships. Closing date for entries is 18th December.
