23.Nov.10 Endurance coaches benefit from Strength and Conditioning event
On Saturday 20th November over 40 endurance coaches attended a strength and conditioning workshop as part of the Local Coach Development Programme. The programme was led by Ruddy Farquaharson, Phil Graham-Smith, Duncan Mason and Hannah Jarvis, all of whom are experts in their field and have many years of experience working with athletics.

22.Nov.10 Endurance Coaches Enjoy LCDP Regional Day
Saturday 20th November saw over 25 coaches attend a biomechanics and conditioning workshop put on through England Athletics Local Coach Development Program. The coaches were put through their paces by Julie Twaddle and Duncan French, both expert coaches in the field of Physical Preparation and Strength and Conditioning.
