21st April saw some deaf athletes travel from across the UK to participate in the City of Stoke AC Open/ DUKA British Championships held at Northwood Stadium, Hanley, Stoke on Trent.

A major sports venue for London and the South East has achieved the highest accolade to be awarded by a leading national quality scheme. Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton, north London, has been assessed as ‘excellent’ by Quest accreditation, the UK quality scheme for sport and leisure management, which is backed by Sport England. -
26.Apr.12 Jenny Nesbitt Finishes Second in the Virgin London Mini Marathon
Worcester AC’s Jenny Nesbitt made it onto the medal podium to receive her medal from Prince Harry by virtue of finishing runner up in the Women’s Under 17 race at the Virgin London Mini Marathon in a time of 16 minutes 30 seconds
