Andy Vernon (Aldershot, Farnham & District) and Jess Sparke (Woodford Green with Essex Ladies) further proved their cross country credentials with podium finishes in the penultimate round of the McCain UK Cross Challenge series – the Antrim cross Challenge.

With representatives from Greece, France and Holland together with the best of British vaulters, the latest leg of the French Elite Pole Vault tour took place at Vault Manchester on Saturday 16th January. Once again a record number of vaulters took part in the competition.

22.Jan.10 Coaching Masterclass complements Vault Manchester
The annual meeting of the UK’s elite pole vaulters in Manchester took place last weekend and for the first time England Athletics hosted a Coaching Masterclass on the evening before the Manchester City Council run competition.
