14.Dec.09 Pole Vault masterclass to complement Vault Manchester competition
England Athletics and UKA are jointly holding a masterclass based around the successful Vault Manchester competition. National Event Coach Steve Rippon (coach to Kate Dennison and Steve Lewis who will both compete in the meeting) and Alan Richardson, National Coach Mentor will run the masterclass.

The South West Cross-Country Championships will take place at Bicton College, Exmouth, Devon on Sunday 10th January 2010. This event draws runners from across the South West, and incorporates an inter-county event as well as club team championships. Closing date for entries is 18th December.
