03.Jul.09 Popular and successful track and field format re-introduced
Sunday 9th August 2009 will see Northern Athletics re-introduce a once popular and successful format to domestic Track & Field athletics which has been updated with the inclusion of innovative modifications. A series of races for UK athletes in the senior and U20 age groups will be presented in a format allowing equated competition – or what was previously known as ‘handicapped’ events.
