As part of the coach and athlete development programme being run by the McCain Hertfordshire County Athletics Network at Lee Valley Athletic Centre, generic sessions for U13/15 and U17/20 athletes and all Hertfordshire club coaches were filmed.
The DVDs are now available from the Network; they are full of useful information and coaching ideas. Each Hertfordshire club has been given a copy of these DVDs and 40 have been sold to clubs and coaches. By request they are available to other coaches and Networks.
