26.Aug.10 Your country, your athletes, your team - Commonwealth Games 2010
The Commonwealth Games England Athletics Team for Delhi 2010 has been announced. The team includes double European gold medallist Mo Farah alongside defending triple jump, 1500m and 400m Commonwealth champions Phillips Idowu, Lisa Dobriskey and Christine Ohuruogu. There are also up and coming athletes looking to make their names on the big stage. It is time to get behind them and show them our support!

26.Aug.10 Book now - Coaches' conference: Youth Endurance - The Growing Athlete
This conference on Sunday 12 September focuses specifically on some of the problems facing coaches of developing young endurance athletes. It looks at understanding the physiology of young athletes, biomechanical problems that can manifest themselves with puberty, training modifications that may be required, and the support needed to be given to young athletes to motivate and inspire them.
