To support the important work of race organisers, to help them to improve the standard of road races across England and ensure that they are being held in compliance of licensing conditions from 1 April 2012 Event Adjudicators will be needed for all licensed road and multi-terrain races.

England Athletes travel to Northern Spain this weekend for one of the highlights of the International Cross Country Season when they take part in the Juan Muguerza Cross in Elgoibar. Congratulations to those athletes who have been selected.

17.Jan.12 Vault Manchester 2012
Vault Manchester, the annual meeting of UK Pole Vaulters took place on Saturday 14th January 2012 in Manchester. This is a very popular event , supported by Manchester Athletics Network, UKA and Manchester City Council. It gives an opportunity for young vaulters to mix and compete with many of the UK’s elite pole vaulters and this year was no exception with last year’s UK indoor champion Max Eaves topping the bill.

England teams were in action at the McCain Cardiff Cross Challenge at the weekend - the third instalment in the McCain Cross Challenge Series. The English Cross Country Association teams were to the fore throughout their races at Blackweir Fields.

The 2011 South West Senior Men’s Cross Country Championship at Bicton College in Devon on Sunday proved to be a clash of the champions.
