The South West Council have made the decision to tender the delivery of this year’s South West Inter Counties Track and Field Championships to be held at Exeter Arena. 

All the details for the tendering process are on the attached document and we would welcome applications from relevant organisations.

To tender for this event please submit full details of your organisation to Area Team Leader Chris Mallender by email: cmallender@englandathletics.org by 12:00 on 27th January 2012.  It should include a cost projection including proposed fees and any sponsorship and what percentage you will pay England Athletics plus a “Draft” programme of activity.  Shortlisted companies will be informed of the final selection process by 3rd February 2012.
