The third AVIVA Parallel Success Coach and Athlete Talent Introduction Day for the South took place recently at Chelmsford Athletics Centre. The day was attended by 9 coaches and 17 athletes from across the South.

The London and Eastern Region endurance coach development programme continued with a well received event at Barnet Copthall. The theme was ‘Transition from Winter to Summer’ and the day reflected the diversity of the endurance coaches on the area and local mentoring programmes.
