On Wednesday 21st July at Perivale Park Athletics Track, Perivale, Level 4 Coach Nick Anderson provided an evening seminar for coaches. The workshop was aimed at Middle Distance and Endurance Coaches from both Track & Field and Road Running backgrounds.

As part of the England Athletics Local Coach Development Programme, a workshop "Managing the Competition Season" with Nick Anderson and "An evening with Lloyd Cowan" are to be held in Bedfordshire.

19.Jul.10 Technical Javelin workshop increases coaches' confidence
On 12th July a group of coaches from across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire attended a Javelin Workshop at Luton AC’s Stockwood Park Athletics Track as part of the Local Coach Development Programme.

07.Jul.10 Javelin Coaching - Technical Session for coaches
A great opportunity for coaches who wish to improve their knowledge of javelin is to be held. A technical session for coaches is to be delivered by Mark Roberson on Monday 12 July. This session is free to attend but places are limited so please book now.
