Bradford Athletics Network’s Enhanced Training Sessions have inspired more than 70 adult runners from local clubs over the past two months. Almost 30 sessions across five thematic strands were all led by international-class coaches.

The 1st European Race Walking Conference, part of the European Athletics Association Coaching Summit Series, and supported by European Athletics, UK Athletics and England Athletics attracted 70 delegates from 16 different countries to Leeds last weekend.

Coaches from across Norfolk and Suffolk recently gathered in Ipswich for a Question and Answer evening with Helen Decker and her coach, Clive Sparkes. The evening was presented by Area Coach Mentor, Steve Benson with special guest and England Athletics National Coach Mentor, Bud Baldaro also present.
