Following successful events in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, DASH Athletics club is delighted to present the 2010 DASH Quadrathlon, for the fifth successive year.

11.May.10 Quality athletes take part in Cumbria County Championships
Saturday 8th May saw the Cumbria County Athletics Championships held at the Sheep Mont Stadium in Carlisle. More than 175 athletes of all ages and from across Cumbria took part over a range of events.

06.May.10 England Athletics' CEO will attend NW England consultation
Local Club and Coach Support Officer Sarah Friday has confirmed that Mike Summers, England Athletics' CEO will be in attendance at the Manchester consultation event. In addiition, England Athletics' National Club Development Officer Alex Copeland will be at the Cheshire /Merseyside and Lancashire events.
