23.Dec.09 Sussex hosts County Endurance Training Day

Sussex hosted a popular Endurance Training Day at Ardingly College recently. Despite the wintry conditions the event attracted over 30 coaches from Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, including 6 coaches from the Local Coach Development Programme and 5 coaches on the Area Coach Development Programme.
08.Dec.09 Kent Endurance Development Day inspires Coaches and Athletes

The second Kent Coach and Athlete Development Day attracted nearly 60 endurance athletes and coaches. Following its success, further Kent Coach and Athlete Development Days are planned for February and March 2010.
02.Dec.09 Steeplechase Training & Development Day

A Steeplechase Training & Development Day is to be held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre for all existing and aspiring steeplechasers (male and female) and steeplechase coaches seeking to develop their abilities.
01.Sep.09 Thanet Road Runners - Making the Leap to Track and Field

Thanet Road Runners AC is a club with a strong tradition in road and cross country running. Last year saw the opening of their new track facility at Marlowe Academy in Ramsgate and great strides are now being made in developing their Track and Field section.
