The South Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network recently ran a free Strength and Conditioning workshop at the high performance gym, EIS, Sheffield. The Network accessed the S&C suite for free, enabling coaches to develop their knowledge further from the workshop held in January.

The North Yorkshire McCain Athletics Network held their first workshop in their coach development programme. The event was held at York St John's University and attracted 18 coaches from across the County.

A free to attend, inclusive and accessible event which will raise awareness of the opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals to take part in sport is being held by the University of Leeds, in association with Leeds parkrun and the Vision Charity.
