Run! Activator for Brent - Andre Fernandez represented Track Academy at the Foundation for Global Sports Development Olympic Residential Trip on the 29th July 2012. This program seeks to encourage the youth of today to be the leaders of tomorrow — taking action to improve themselves and their communities.

06.Oct.12 Westminster Launch New Track At Paddington Rec
A new 400 metre athletic track has opened at Paddington Recreation Ground thanks to a partnership with the City of Westminster, London Marathon Trust and the Greater London Authority.The track is complete with new throw and jump areas. The track was opened by GB athletes Larry Achike and Laura Turner who delivered athletics coaching at the launch.

After the initial discussion about working together Run! Athletics Activator for Haringey, Tamsin Fudge, and the North London Manager for Triathlon England, Jenny Vincent, held the first Haringey Aquathlon on Saturday September 1st, with funding coming from Haringey Council’s 2012 Fund.

On Wednesday 15th August after the rain had stopped, the Campsbourne Estate in Haringey held a 1 mile fun run to celebrate the new 321 route around the housing estate.

28.Sep.12 Highgate show great strength in depth
Thanks' to motivator and first team runner Ben Pochee of Highgate Harriers; the club got three men's teams out competing in the Southern Road Relays at Aldershot last weekend and the women had team representation too on Sunday.

On the 8th September the West London Athletics Network held a masterclass in throws led by Level 2 Events Coach – Lukas Barzyk. The event was held at Perivale track.
