    England Athletics is once again holding three major coaching conferences which cover the whole country - one in each of the north, midlands and south. This year the focus of each is slightly different and is based on input from coaches in each area into what content they would like to see.

The Shaftesbury Barnet Harrier spoke about her season so far and her aims for 2012 selection.

    Jodie WilliamsWorld junior champion Jodie Williams (Herts Phoenix AC) took gold in the final of the womens 100m in 11.18 seconds, while setting another national junior record and championship record. Williams' concentration at the start was superb despite a faulty start which saw them all return to the blocks for a second time.
