Jim Harvey will be leading an endurance seminar on 9th December at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. Also assisting will be England Athletics' National Coach Mentor Bud Baldaro.

England Athletics London Regional Council will be holding this year’s London Awards presentation at 7 p.m. on Monday 7th December at the Civil Service Sports and Leisure Club.

09.Nov.09 Hammer Squad Coach Development Days introduced
A series of Hammer sessions have been scheduled in the East region for this winter. These sessions will be led by some of the leading coaches in the region and aim to support coaches by offering an open environment where coaches can benefit from sharing ideas and knowledge. The first free session is on Saturday 14th November at Chelmsford.
