Three coaches from South Yorkshire attended a series of flying coach visits at Sheffield EIS, which were delivered by Ted Grey and aimed at coaches who have basic knowledge of hurdles and are coaching young athletes at a beginner level.

Possibly the biggest gathering of Essex endurance coaches for many years took place at Brentwood on Friday as 25 coaches from Essex clubs attended a coach education workshop on “Progression for Teenage Endurance Athletes”.

26.Mar.12 Coach Athlete Training Days Sign Off For Another Winter
The last of the six scheduled 300/400 Hurdles Training Days took place on Saturday with the coaches and athletes able to train in glorious sunshine at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. There have been just under 200 athlete attendees at the sessions and just over 50 coaches, a very healthy 4 -1 ratio. -
23.Mar.12 Endurance coaches and athletes in Somerset develop marathon prep skills
Recently 22 athletes and coaches from 8 Somerset clubs attended a Marathon preparation workshop in Taunton led by GB International Marathon runner and endurance coach Adrian Marriott.
