01.Mar.08 World Cross Country Trip
THE North Eastern Counties AA were in full voice at the World Cross-Country Championships in Edinburgh. A coach load of athletes and supporters, which was backed by England Athletics, travelled across the border where they had plenty to cheer about especially in the junior men's race with Gateshead Harrier Ross Murray the focus of attention.

Charlotte Cox from Peterborough performed well as she took part in the ‘Special Olympics’ National Indoor Championships at Lee Valley on 1st March.
