An evening presentation for endurance coaches given by experienced tutors Peg Wiseman and Viv Matthews at Exeter Arena on Monday 12th October produced a wide range of topics for discussion.

The England Athletics SW Region Inter Counties Road Running Championships were held last weekend. On a tough course there was a clean sweep for Devon, on home territory, winning both the men's and ladies' team events.

A series of Coaching Endurance workshops have been organised for Level 2 and above coaches to come together and discuss specific coaching issues and coaching methods. The sessions will be led by Level 3 endurance coach and tutor Peggy Wiseman and senior coach education tutor Viv Matthews.
