29.Feb.12 Sportshall encourages young athletes to join athletics club
Junior athletes from KAAC, South Lakes schools and Barrow competed against teams from all over the North West at the Sportshall Finals held at Sportcity. The team was created through a local Sportshall athletics event last year where 7 primary schools competed.

Katarina Johnson-Thompson won her twelfth national indoor age group title at the Aviva England Age Group Indoor Championships on Saturday (25 February) and will look to add to her tally on day two at the NIA, Birmingham.

24.Feb.12 Yorkshire Regional Sportshall Athletics Finals
Four teams representing West Yorkshire travelled the short distance to Halifax on Sunday to compete in the annual Yorkshire Regional Final for places in the United Kingdom Finals to be held in Birmingham on 21st April.
