The Armada Athletics Network ran a “Question of Sport” type evening with the subject being the rules of the sport. Unfortunately Sue Barker couldn’t make it so the quizmasters were Keith Reed and Paul Ross who are both National officials.

England Athletes faced strong opposition when they travelled to Northern Spain for the Juan Muguerza Cross in Elgoibar.

England Athletics have selected an England team to compete at 3 indoor track and field events over the next week, in the build up to the UK trials and the World Indoor Championships. We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing all about it upon their return.

28.Jan.12 Highgate Men win the Southern for first time in 14 years
The 2012 Saucony SEAA cross country championships saw a strong turnout at the notably hilly and tough going course at Stanmer Park, Brighton. The conditions were what you would expect in January cold windy but fortunately dry. The 2012 meeting drew spectators and athletes from all over the south of England with London teams travelling in force to the South Coast.
