27.Feb.12 Y&H workshops focussing on High Jump and Nutrition

There are still some places left for two Yorkshire and Humberside Local Coach Development Programme workshops taking place at EIS on 11th March. The sessions will be covering High Jump, and Nutrition – Fuelling for Marathon Performance.
24.Feb.12 Yorkshire Regional Sportshall Athletics Finals

Four teams representing West Yorkshire travelled the short distance to Halifax on Sunday to compete in the annual Yorkshire Regional Final for places in the United Kingdom Finals to be held in Birmingham on 21st April.
15.Feb.12 Successful Yorkshire & Humber LCDP Long & Triple Jump Event

14 coaches from across Yorkshire & the Humber braved bitterly cold conditions and a horrendous heavy snow weather forecast to attend the LCDP event for long jump & triple jump on Saturday 4th February at Costello Stadium in Hull.

The North Yorkshire Athletics Network held their injury prevention workshop recently in Thirsk. 6 attendees from across the Network allowed for greater space for the practical aspects.
