As part of the coach and athlete development programme being run by the McCain Hertfordshire County Athletics Network at Lee Valley Athletic Centre, generic sessions for U13/15 and U17/20 athletes and all Hertfordshire club coaches were filmed. DVDs are now available.

England Athletics is looking forwards to the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games. For the team that represents us at the games the championships will represent the culmination of many years of dedication - hours put in by themselves and by the coaches, clubs and volunteers who have supported them along the way.

14.Dec.09 Pole Vault masterclass to complement Vault Manchester competition
England Athletics and UKA are jointly holding a masterclass based around the successful Vault Manchester competition. National Event Coach Steve Rippon (coach to Kate Dennison and Steve Lewis who will both compete in the meeting) and Alan Richardson, National Coach Mentor will run the masterclass.

The arrival of Havant Athletic Club at Cowplain Community School will help develop opportunities for athletes in the run up to London 2012.

Jeff Adams, Canadian Paralympian and a six-time world champion, is hosting a wheelchair racing summit on the weekend of 30th to 31st January 2010.
