England Athletics will be offering a series of FREE workshops for Run Leaders. The workshops are aimed at those who currently lead or who are about to start to lead Run England groups across South Yorkshire. Leaders should have the Leadership in Running Fitness Course or be willing to attend.

3k S/C events at the BMC GP Meet

Venue: Sportcity

There will be a maximum of 14 starters in each Men and Women's Chase event at this meeting. This is an opportunity to gain a qualifying standard for Commonwealth Games selection.

Metro (blind sport) National Athletics Championships

Venue: Mile End Stadium, East London

The programme will be run under IBSA/IAAF rules and is open to males and females of all ages. The Athletics Competitions are solely for registered blind and visually impaired people. Guest competitors are welcome but no medals or certificates can be awarded.
