Last year's East Midlands Local Coach Development Programme (LCDP) was incredibly successful and we are pleased to announce that we have another Winter of LCDP days organised.
Part of the Yorkshire and Humberside Local Coach Development Programme. This workshop looks at different styles and types of coaching, what's required on both sides.
Speed or Pole Vault Workshops will be taking place as part of the LCDP programme. Any coach or Leader with a UKA licence is welcome to attend and may bring 1 or 2 athletes.
This conference is aimed specifically at coaches of young endurance athletes and features expert speakers who will discuss how to address issues arising from training a developing athlete.
