- Venue: Julie Rose Stadium, Ashford, Kent TN24 9QX
Kent County Champs plus such was the disability interest for the County indoor championship from people without county qualifications, it has been decided to make the disability events at this year's Kent County Championships “Open” to all.

- Venue: Maiden Castle, Durham
One of a series of North East NE Regional Races 2013 held by the British Milers' Club. Pacemakers also needed.
15.Jun.13 Metro Athletics Championships
- Venue: Mile End Stadium, Rhodeswell Road, London E14 7TW
Metro Blind Sport are delighted to have Action for Blind people on board for this year’s championships, and would like to offer a warm welcome to all the Actioneer clubs throughout the UK to London to support this event.
