More than 400 coaches from across England attended the three England Athletics National Coaching Conferences in Sheffield, Lee Valley and Birmingham with the focus of Physical Preparation. But now you can also share in the knowledge, or refresh your memory by downloading the handouts.

End of the line for NE hopefuls

The snow, ferries halted and Eurostar trains breaking down, put paid to a number of senior athletes in representative teams and a squad of young athletes from the region hoping to take their place in the Brussels International Cross-Country meeting last weekend.

Sussex hosts County Endurance Training Day

Sussex hosted a popular Endurance Training Day at Ardingly College recently. Despite the wintry conditions the event attracted over 30 coaches from Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, including 6 coaches from the Local Coach Development Programme and 5 coaches on the Area Coach Development Programme.
