BMC Endurance Coaches National Symposium

Venue: Holiday Inn, Stratford City 10a Chestnut Plaza, Westfield Stratford City,Montifichet Road, London E20 1GL. (near Olympic Stadium)

For all coaches, whether or not members of the BMC. Including workshops and speakers: Nic Bideau, David Lowes, Dr Jon Rogers and interview with Jess Judd and Coach.

Steeplechase: workshop, come and try, training day

Venue: Conference Park, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston. Birmingham B15 2RA

A Steeplechase workshop with the opportunity to come and try or use as a training day will be held at Birmingham University for both athletes and coaches. The waterjump will be full and available. The session will led by England Athletics steeplechase coordinator and Olympian Helen Clitheroe (PB 9:29.14) and Commonwealth Games steeplechaser and University of Birmingham coach Luke Gunn (PB 8:28.48).

How to Win: The Development of Power and Speed for Endurance

Venue: The Devon Hotel, Old Matford Lane, Exeter EX2 8XU

England Athletics' National Endurance Conference with speakers including Malcolm Brown (coached to many international athletes as well as Alistair and Jonny Brownlee), and Barry Fudge (Head of Endurance at British Athletics). You can be part of the weekend which takes the theme "How to Win - the development of power and speed for endurance" and has a mix of workshop, practical, discussion and networking sessions.

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. Coaches who have completed the Event Group Endurance online course of this qualification should book on to one of these Integration Days.

Event Group Coach integration day: Jumps (qualification)

Venue: Athletics House, Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham. West Midlands B42 2BE

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. For coaches who have completed the Event Group Jumps online course, plus add-on Pole Vault and Triple Jump modules and Pole Vault assessment.

Event Group Coach integration day: Sprints and Hurdles (qualification)

Venue: Athletics House, Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham. West Midlands B42 2BE

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. Coaches who have completed the Event Group Sprints and Hurdles online course of this qualification should book on to one of these Integration Days.

Event Group Coach integration day: Throws (qualification)

Venue: Athletics House, Alexander Stadium, Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham. West Midlands B42 2BE

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. For coaches who have completed the Event Group Throws online course, plus add-on hammer and discus modules and assessment.

The Event Group Integration Day is the final step in gaining an Event Group Qualification and will pull together much of the content covered within the qualification online modules, through discussion and group work. Coaches who have completed the Event Group Endurance online course of this qualification should book on to one of these Integration Days.
