England Athletics East will be working with local partners to organise and deliver a programme of the new training courses for both primary and secondary teachers from Easter onwards.
The revised courses were launched in February and regions will assume responsibility for administering this programme.
More information can be found below on the respective information and booking form, related to course costs, the resources and how you can register on a course or host a course in your local area for your family of schools.
We are looking for local school sports partnerships to liaise direct with the regional office to discuss your course requirements. Contacting Alison Potts first to agree a course date is essential.
Courses can only be organised through working with the regional office. Following initial contact and discussion, then the attached booking form should be completed by the host organisation and returned, complete with payment, to England Athletics East, here in Newmarket.

Employment and designation of course tutors

Accepting registration forms from course delegates

Issuing course delegate certificates on completion of course

Working with the host organisation to market and promote the respective course.

Managing the course finance
Host Organisations Are Expected To

Provide A Facility

Help the regional team to market and promote the course locally using their contacts

Formally register the course through the regional office

Coordinate the course payment and return this to the regional office - payable to England Athletics £450 per course (1-24 delegates)

Ensure registration forms are completed and forwarded on behalf of each delegate to the regional office
