UK Schools Games

Triple Jumper at Regional Squad

2008 UK Schools Games

The games will be held in Bath and Bristol with accomodation being provided at the University of Bath.

The East Midlands saw an improved showing in the second year of the games and we ask that athletes support the region as strongly as possible so we can improve once more.

Selection Policy is still to be confirmed for 2008 but we are working so that each region select their team from the same criteria. It is likely that criteria will be either number one ranked athlete or the regions highest finisher at ESAA.

You can keep up to date with your ranking through the Power of Ten website.

Good luck to all in your cross county and indoor seasons

Excellent performances from Laura Samuel (long jump - 5.80m) and Luke Peters ( Javelin -58.44) saw gold medals won!
